Booster Club Committees


Committee members will contact a pre-established list of business owners to offer advertising in our sports programs for any tournaments that Villa Grove is chosen to host. This project is a one-three times a year project at the most.


Committee members will assist in selling ads, sizing and layout of ads and proof reading before final print is okayed. This is a one time per year project.

Cash Bash

Committee members will help organize a dinner and casino night. Tickets will be sold in advance for the dinner. There will be a casino night following the dinner with many prizes given away during the evening. This is a one time per year project.  This event is usually in March.

Hospitality Room

Set up the hospitality room during any tournaments that are hosted by the Villa Grove Junior High or High School. This committee will recruit parents to provide food, beverages, and supervision of the room during assigned shifts. Reimbursements for food will be made upon request. The hospitality room serves the coaches, referees, score keepers, stats keepers and bus drivers of home and visiting teams.

Merchandise - Julie Woller

Committee members will assist the chairperson in designing and selling merchandise. This includes setting up and tearing down merchandise display at Ag Days, school registration, open house, home football games and possibly a home basketball, softball/baseball game. Committee members will also be expected to help keep tract of current inventory and demand for certain products in order to effectively meet the needs of customers.

Ticket Takers - Jeana Block

This committee is in charge of getting parents signed up to work the admission gates for all sporting events that charge for admittance. This includes Football, Volleyball, Boys' and Girls' Basketball (for both Junior High and High School), and any tournaments that Villa Grove may host.
