Call to Order-Present: Hunter Dorman, Teresa Ludington, Nicole Kneer, Nils Oberg, Diane Ryling

Approval of last month’s minutes

Old Business

• Coffee Fundraising-order being sent in to the company

• Senior Night

• Band Shirts will be ordered soon

• Possible JH members may be asked to join pep band and jazz b

  and through auditions-mid November

Treasurer report-we are in good standing

New Business

• Students auditioned and selected for D5 Choir-Kenzie, Logan, Cole

Director’s Report

• Possible trips:

  • Beef and Boards for next semester

  • Marching Illini with Women’s basketball in November

• Possible Spirit Night for fundraising at Monical’s

• Possible Spirit Night for JH at the Elevate Trampoline Park

• Upcoming Events:

  • Nov. 2 is JH Fall Festival in Arcola

  • Nov. 9 is LPC Choir in Okaw Valley

  • Dec. 19 is Elem Concert K-3 and 4-6 for choir, 5th graders for

    band

  • Dec. 20 is JH-HS Concert band and choir

Next meeting will be Nov. 16 at 6:30 in the band room
